Rest in Peace, Neil. I have great memories of you from CUA Rugby, watching your amazing shenanigans on CUA's campus (streaking at movies on the mall and more), to running into you at Gogol Bordello shows and other concerts in the DC Area.

You will be missed.

Changing Directions of the site

I have been engaging in a bit of Stupendous Jackassery. About four months ago I started training for a both a triathlon and marathon. I will be running the Nation's Triathlon on September 12 and the Marine Corps Marathon on October 31st.

To that end, this site will be a journal of fitness and the usual nonsensical posts that I make. But mostly fitness, exploring the DC area while swimming, biking, and running, and other things. Stay tuned for more updates.
